SIDOARJO – Lima oknum pesilat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, telah menganiaya seorang remaja berusia 16 tahun berinisial AVH.
Kejadiannya di Lapangan Rusunawa, Desa Ngelom, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Rabu (15 Mei 2024), lalu.
Kelima tersangka yakni berinisial AAP (18), MA (17), MRM (16), FAF (17), dan RAG (16).
Saat menganiaya korban, salah seorang teman tersangka merekamnya kemudian mengunggahnya ke media sosial.
Video tersebut seketika menjadi viral hingga memantik reaksi kepolisian untuk menangani penganiayaan ini.
Benar saja, tidak lama berselang, Polisi berhasil mengantongi identitas kelima tersangka kemudian melakukan penangkapan.
Kasatreskrim Polresta Sidoarjo, Kompol Agus Sobarnapraja, mengungkapkan hasil penangkapannya dalam konferensi pers pada Jumat (24/5/2024), kemarin.
Menurutnya, konflik permasalahan berawal saat korban memposting gambar dirinya yang mengenakan kaos salah satu perguruan di status WhatsApp.
Pada postingan tersebut korban memberikan caption dengan kata-kata yang menurut tersangka terkesan mengejek perguruan mereka.
Sontak tersangka tidak terima dengan postingan korban hingga terjadilah insiden penganiayaan.
Akibat penganiayaan itu, korban mengalami luka memar pada rahang kanan bawah, lengan kiri atas, pungung bawah dan luka lecet pada tengkuk.
Polisi telah menahan kelima tersangka ini di Rutan Polresta Sidoarjo untuk kepentingan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Polisi juga menyita beberapa barang bukti berupa Handphone, pakaian, dan sandal tersangka.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka terancam Pasal 170 Ayat (2) ke-1 KUHP, atas sangkaan tindak kekerasan bersama-sama di muka umum yang mengakibatkan luka.
“Ancaman hukuman pidana penjara maksimal 7 tahun,” pungkas Kompol Agus.
