MADIUN – Polres Madiun Kota Polda Jatim telah menetapkan 11 orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus perusakan dan pengeroyokan di Kota Madiun pada 19 Mei 2024 sekira pukul 01.00 WIB.
Dari 11 tersangka tersebut, 9 di antaranya masih merupakan anak-anak.
Kapolres Madiun Kota, AKBP Agus Dwi Suryanto, menjelaskan bahwa para tersangka melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang dan barang di tiga lokasi kejadian di Wilayah Hukum Polres Madiun Kota.
Kejadian bermula dari pertemuan komunitas Sakura di Cafe Sugar Daddy Jalan Yos Sudarso, Kelurahan Patihan, Kecamatan Manguharjo, Kota Madiun, dalam rangka ulang tahun ke-4 komunitas mereka.
Setelah pertemuan, terjadi konvoi yang berujung pada bentrokan antara komunitas Sakura dengan rombongan pengendara sepeda motor.
Akibatnya, terdapat 5 orang yang mengalami luka-luka.
Polisi menetapkan sejumlah pelaku setelah melakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan.
Komunitas Sakura kemudian melakukan pengerusakan kios di TKP kedua, Jalan Kalasan Kelurahan Patihan.
Enam orang tersangka ditetapkan dalam kasus ini, termasuk 1 dewasa dan 5 anak-anak.
Selanjutnya, kelompok tersebut melakukan aksi balasan dengan penusukan di TKP ketiga, Jalan Puspowarno, Kecamatan Manguharjo, Kota Madiun.
Dua tersangka ditetapkan dalam kasus penusukan tersebut.
Para tersangka dijerat Pasal 170 KUHP juncto Pasal 80 ayat (1), (2) UURI Nomor 35 Tahun 2014.
“Saat ini, 11 tersangka masih dalam proses penyidikan di Polres Madiun Kota, dengan 2 dewasa dan 9 anak-anak,” ucap Kapolres Madiun Kota.
Dia mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat, termasuk anak-anak, untuk menghindari vandalisme dan kekerasan di wilayah Kota Madiun.
“Kerja sama dalam menjaga keamanan dan mencegah kejahatan sangat ditekankan untuk menjaga kondusifitas di Kota Madiun,” pungkasnya.
