JEMBER – Ketua Komisi C DPRD Kabupaten Jember, Ardi Pujo Prabowo, mengucapkan selamat kepada Muhammad Fawait dan Djoko Susanto yang resmi dilantik sebagai Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Jember.
Pelantikan tersebut diagendakan berlangsung pada Kamis (20/2/2025) di Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta, bersama dengan kepala daerah lainnya dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia.
Ardi, yang juga merupakan Anggota DPRD dari Fraksi Gerindra, menyampaikan harapannya agar kepemimpinan Fawait-Djoko dapat membawa perubahan positif bagi Jember.
“Semoga amanah ini dijalankan dengan baik demi kemajuan Jember dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kami di DPRD siap bersinergi untuk mendukung program-program yang berpihak pada rakyat,” ujar Ardi.
Pelantikan ini merupakan bagian dari agenda nasional, di mana sebanyak 481 kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah resmi dilantik.
Mereka terdiri dari 33 gubernur, 364 bupati, dan 84 wali kota.
Namun, tidak semua daerah mengikuti pelantikan ini, mengingat adanya persidangan di Mahkamah Konstitusi serta pilkada ulang di beberapa wilayah, termasuk Kabupaten Bangka dan Kota Pangkal Pinang.
Dengan pelantikan Fawait-Djoko, masyarakat Jember menaruh harapan besar terhadap kepemimpinan mereka, terutama dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan daerah seperti infrastruktur, ekonomi, dan kesejahteraan sosial.
Ardi menegaskan, DPRD Jember akan terus mengawal kebijakan pemerintah daerah agar berjalan sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang telah disampaikan kepada masyarakat.
“Kami berharap Bupati dan Wakil Bupati dapat menjalankan program yang konkret dan berdampak langsung bagi warga Jember. Kami di DPRD akan terus berperan aktif dalam mengawal dan mendukung kebijakan yang berpihak kepada rakyat,” pungkasnya.
