BLITAR – Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, Polres Blitar resmi membuka ruang pelayanan Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor (BPKB) yang baru pada Rabu (18/12/2024).
Kapolres Blitar AKBP Wiwit Adisatria memimpin langsung peresmian tersebut, didampingi pejabat utama Polres Blitar Polda Jatim.
Fasilitas baru ini dirancang untuk memberikan kenyamanan, efisiensi, dan transparansi kepada masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kendaraan bermotor.
Dalam sambutannya, AKBP Wiwit menyatakan bahwa inovasi ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Polres Blitar untuk mewujudkan layanan prima.
“Dengan ruang pelayanan yang lebih modern dan nyaman, kami berharap pelayanan kepada masyarakat bisa lebih cepat, efisien, dan memuaskan,” ujar AKBP Wiwit.
Ruang pelayanan BPKB yang baru dilengkapi dengan ruang tunggu ber-AC dan loket pelayanan yang tertata rapi.
Fasilitas ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi antrean panjang serta memberikan pengalaman lebih baik kepada masyarakat.
“Kami berkomitmen untuk selalu menghadirkan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat Blitar,” tambahnya.
Acara peresmian ini ditandai dengan pemotongan pita, potong tumpeng, dan peninjauan langsung oleh Kapolres Blitar untuk memastikan kesiapan operasional ruang pelayanan.
Dengan hadirnya fasilitas ini, masyarakat diharapkan lebih nyaman dan terbantu dalam mengurus administrasi kendaraan.
Kapolres juga mengajak warga Blitar untuk memanfaatkan layanan yang telah tersedia dan bersama-sama menjaga keamanan serta ketertiban di wilayah Blitar.
