JAKARTA – Satgas Penanggulangan Judi Online Polri berhasil menyita uang sebesar Rp78,1 miliar dari sindikat judi online internasional sebagai bentuk komitmen untuk mendukung Asta Cita Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Operasi ini menyasar sindikat judi yang beroperasi melalui website Slot8278, yang dijalankan oleh jaringan internasional dengan koneksi kuat.
Wakabareskrim Polri, Irjen Asep Edi Suheri, dalam konferensi pers di Lobi Bareskrim Polri, Sabtu (2/11/2024), menegaskan komitmen Polri dalam menjalankan instruksi Presiden dan Kapolri.
“Bapak Kapolri telah menginstruksikan kepada seluruh jajaran untuk mendukung Asta Cita bapak Presiden Prabowo Subianto serta berbagai program dan kebijakan pemerintah,” ungkap Asep.
Penelusuran transaksi menunjukkan bahwa sindikat ini menggunakan perusahaan-perusahaan jasa pembayaran, seperti PT Tri Usaha Berkat (LINKQU) yang terhubung dengan PT Anjana Jaya Teknologi dan PT Mega Lintas Teknologi, yang dikelola oleh tersangka HAJ.
“Penyidik telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap HAJ pada 18 Oktober dan telah dilakukan penahanan serta menyita 1 unit laptop dan uang Rp8,2 miliar,” tambah Asep.
Selanjutnya, Polri juga menetapkan tersangka lain, yaitu DX alias MA, warga negara China yang diduga sebagai otak dari sindikat ini.
DX diketahui meninggalkan Indonesia pada 14 Oktober 2024 menuju China, sehingga Polri mengeluarkan Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) terhadapnya.
Dari hasil penggeledahan rumah DX, Polri menyita barang bukti berupa kendaraan roda empat dan stempel perusahaan.
Selain itu, penyidik juga menangkap CAS dan EL, Direktur dan Direktur Utama PT Odeo Teknologi Indonesia, yang terkait dengan sindikat ini.
Dari penangkapan tersebut, Polri menyita enam unit telepon seluler, dua unit token mobile banking, 10 ribu Yuan mata uang China, serta membekukan dan menyita dana sebesar Rp61,9 miliar dari PT Qbiz Digital Technologies.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Irjen Asep memaparkan hasil kerja Satgas Pemberantasan Judi Daring sejak Keputusan Presiden Nomor 21 Tahun 2024 dikeluarkan, di mana lebih dari 300 kasus berhasil diungkap dan 370 tersangka ditangkap.
Selain itu, sebanyak 76.722 situs judi daring berhasil diblokir dengan bantuan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi).
“Polri akan menindak tegas dan menekan praktik perjudian online melalui pendekatan preemtif, preventif, dan penegakan hukum. Kami percaya sinergi antara pencegahan dan tindakan tegas di lapangan adalah kunci untuk memberantas kejahatan yang merusak tatanan sosial dan ekonomi kita,” pungkas Asep.
Turut hadir dalam konferensi pers tersebut Brigjen Himawan Bayu Aji, Brigjen Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Brigjen Budi Hermawan, dan Kombes Dani Kustoni, yang memberikan dukungan penuh dalam operasi ini.
