SITUBONDO – Bandar Laut Dunia (Balad) Grup mulai mengurus proses perizinan berbudidaya lobster di dalam negeri dan di luar negeri.
Untuk di luar negeri perusahaan tersebut akan berbudidaya lobster di Vietnam.
Owner Balad Grup HRM. Khalilur R Abdullah Sahlawiy mengatakan, Vietnam adalah negara yang sudah bertandatangan budidaya di dalam negeri dan luar negeri dengan Indonesia.
“Negara ini (Vietnam – red) menulis surat kebutuhan benih bening lobster (BBL – red) negaranya dalam setahun,” ujarnya, Minggu, 22 Desember 2024.
Pria yang akrab disapa Jhi Lilur ini menyatakan, budidaya lobster BBl Balad Grup sudah lama memiliki 58 anak perusahaan yang siap berbudidaya.
Katanya, saat ini Balad Grup sedang menunggu selesainya pembuatan juklak-juknis kerja sama budidaya lobster Indonesia-Vietnam.
“Balad Grup disarankan untuk berbudidaya duluan oleh Dirjend Perikanan Budidaya KKP, Haeru Rahayu. Terima kasih Pak Dirjend saya sampaikan,” imbuhnya.
Menurutnya, seminggu yang lalu, Balad Grup sudah selesai memindahkan keramba dari sokaan Situbondo ke Teluk Pengelek di Gugusan Teluk Kangean Sumenep Madura.
“Secara bertahap selama 10 tahun, kami akan berbudidaya lobster sebanyak 500 juta ekor di 16 teluk di Gugusan Teluk Kangean,” beber Jhi Lilur.
Per tahun sejak tahun 2025, sambungnya, Balad Grup akan berbudidaya 50 juta ekor lobster dengan nilai investasi 8.5 Triliun setiap tahunnya.
“Pada Januari 2025, kami akan berbudidaya losbter sebanyak 200 ribu ekor lalu secara bertahap selama setahun akan dinaikkan volume budidaya lobsternya menjadi 50 juta ekor,” tambah Jhi Lilur.
Jhi Lilur mengungkapkan, Bandar Grup sudah mendapatkan tawaran kontrak jual beli lobster dari dua perusahaan besar dari Cina, yakni dari BUMN Perikanan Cina dan raksasa perusahaan perikanan swasta Cina.
“Bismillah, kami akan membawa Indonesia menjadi jawara ekspor lobster dunia mengalahkan Vietnam dengan tetap bermitra bersama Vietnam,” tuturnya.
Lebih jauh, Jhi Lilur menyampaikan, Menteri KKP menyampaikan bahwa Indonesia baru akan mengekspor lobster secara besar-besaran pada 2030.
Untuk Balad Grup akan memulai ekspor lobsternya pada Agustus 2025, itu artinya 5 tahun lebih awal dari rencana Menteri KKP.
“Sementara itu, Vietnam melakukan ekspor lobster ke Cina setiap harinya lebih dari 500 Ton, padahal benih bening lobster Vietnam didatangkan dari Indonesia. Lalu berapa ekspor lobster Indonesia setiap harinya? Apakah mampu bersaing dengan Vietnam yang mengekspor ke Cina 500 Ton setiap hari?” pungkasnya.
